The Wines
The comprehensive wine list includes a large variety of local and international wines. More than 80 different wines by the bottle or glass are on offer, thanks to the Le Verre de Vin wine preservation system, which reseals wines by removing any oxygen from the bottle.
Wines from some of South Africa premier farms include historic Kanonkop, Buitenverwachting and Rustenberg to the newer boutique farms including Eben Sadie Vineyards, Mullineux and Creation.
International choices consist of exciting wines from France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Argentina and Uruguay. This allows wine lovers to flirt between several countries, estates and vintages.
Wine Flights
The wine flights consist of 3 x 50 ml glasses presented with tasting notes and change on a regular basis. This is a fun way of discovering new favourites, comparing countries, regions, cultivars and vintages and offers stimulating food pairings.
